ThreadClear is a conversation intelligence platform that analyzes text, images, and audio to identify unanswered questions, tension points, misalignments, and other communication insights. The Service processes conversations ephemerally and does not retain conversation content after analysis.

Ownership: You retain ownership of all conversations and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
License: By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates immediately upon completion of analysis.
No Retention: We process Your Content ephemerally in memory. Your Content is not stored, logged, or retained after analysis is complete.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. No payment is required for the free tier.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions provide additional features and capacity. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BHM-IT, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"ThreadClear" and associated logos are trademarks of BHM-IT, LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service may integrate with or utilize third-party services (e.g., AI providers). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BHM-IT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Virginia, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BHM-IT, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
